Water Projects, Mozambique.
Ressano Garcia, the main border post with South Africa and transit town which has expanded beyond the coping of the current water supply. Although there is piped water many in the outskirts have still to collect water from the Incomati River.
The site of a proposed submersible weir of between 5 – 10m.
A simplified process due to there being no affected population.
It is also where the Incomati River enters Mozambique from South Africa and the main railway line from South Africa crosses the border.
